Refund & Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our business, returns and refunds are handled under specific conditions outlined below.

2. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery

  • The wrong product was supplied

  • The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the product

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or special-order products (including hydraulic hose assemblies)

  • Used or installed items

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or installation

  • Electrical components once installed or tested

4. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us via phone, email, or WhatsApp

  2. Provide details of the issue and proof (photos if applicable)

  3. Wait for confirmation before returning the product

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, a refund will be processed

  • Refunds may be issued via the original payment method or as store credit

Please allow a reasonable processing time for refunds.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if:

  • They are defective

  • They were incorrectly supplied

If you need an exchange, contact us with full details.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is on our side

  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable

8. Service-Based Work

For services such as hydraulic hose crimping:

  • All service work is considered final once completed and approved

  • Any issues must be reported immediately upon collection or delivery
